FRIDAY
We headed to Iowa on Friday morning. Kira and Dylan were pretty excited to go see Grandma and Grandpa. They always start asking as soon as we're in the car if we're in Iowa yet....you'd think after as many trips to Iowa as they have taken they would have it a little figured out!! ;-)
We stopped at McDonald's and were surprised to see Dylan take off and climb up in the playplace! Go Dylan!
SATURUDAY
Saturday was Grandma Judy's birthday so the kids had fun wishing her Happy Birthday multiple times and giving her flowers. And of course, they were excited about the cake too!!!
They also knew that Saturday held Easter fun....we planned on doing our easter egg hunt since we needed to get on the road after lunch on Sunday! After Mommy had lunch with a friend and the kids took naps, it was time!! They were excited to have fun gifts from Woods to open...all were a hit! And of course, Grandma and Grandpa had a little something too!!

Saturday night after Kira and Dylan were in bed, Jason and I went out for dinner......we knew Eva was about ready to go to sleep and this is what we found when we got home about an hour later.....
SUNDAY
The kids couldn't wait to see what the Easter Bunny brought them...ZhuZhu pets were and still area huge hit!
Jason and Kira went to church and I stayed at the house with Dylan and Eva.

I love the pictures! Eva looks so much bigger with her hair all "done" up! And how sweet is the one with Dylan looking at the eggs in his basket. It sounds like a successful trip!
